Are there income or credit requirements?

To qualify, applicants typically must show an income of at least 3x the monthly rent. We understand that every situation is unique, so co-signers may also be considered during the application process.

Their team offers direct applicant support for screening-related questions, and our onsite team is always here to help guide you through the process and answer any additional questions along the way.

How can I pay rent?

Access LOFT Living, our convenient resident portal, to pay rent online.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, Porter Brookhaven welcomes your furry friends. We allow 2 pets per apartment. There is a $450 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent per pet.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Residents can quickly submit everyday maintenance requests through our convenient online resident portal, making it simple to stay connected with our team. For urgent issues that need immediate attention, our emergency maintenance line is available to help when it matters most.
